Swing
driveway gates

Single or double leaf, the most elegant way to close a driveway. Iron, aluminum or wood, automated with LiftMaster LA400/LA412 arms — the gate everyone pictures when they picture a gate.

Swing gates

The classic entrance.

A swing gate opens like a door — one or two leaves on heavy hinges welded to posts or set into stone pillars. It is the most graceful option and the easiest to automate with linear-arm operators.

It needs clearance: the leaves have to swing in (or out) across level ground. If your driveway climbs right off the street, we’ll steer you to a sliding gate instead and tell you why.

Double swing

Two leaves meeting in the middle. Wide openings, symmetrical look, dual LA400 arms.

Single swing

One wide leaf for narrower drives — fewer moving parts, one operator.

Solar-ready

Solar-based LA400 kits where trenching power isn’t practical.

Safety first

Photo-eyes, loop sensors and entrapment-zone compliance on every install.

How it goes in

From site visit to first open.

  • Site visit

We measure the opening and check swing clearance, slope and where power can come from.

  • Design

Pickets, slats, privacy boards, arch top, pillars, lanterns, house number — approve it before we cut steel.

  • Fabricate

Welded and powder-coated in our shop, hinges and hardware sized for the leaf weight.

  • Install & automate

Posts set in concrete, leaves hung, operators wired, keypad and remotes programmed.
